Iberia Parish officials have announced a plan to shut off water in Coteau tonight.
"Iberia Parish Waterworks District #3 (Coteau) will be stopping distribution to customers tonight, Tuesday, February 16, at 8:00 PM for our system to recover," a release states. "Service will resume tomorrow morning Wednesday, February 17, at 6:00 AM. Boil Water Advisory for the district will remain in affect until further notice."
