JEANERETTE, La. — The Iberia Parish Government have announced that a portion of Genest Road will be closed on Friday, March 20 from 8 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. for repairs.
Genest Road will be closed approximately 1/4 miles from E. Highway 90 Frontage Road so that the Iberia Parish Public Works Department to repair a washout underneath it, according to a release from Iberia Parish President M. Larry Richard.
No through traffic will be allowed until completion of the job.
