Four women have been arrested in connection with the theft of over $400,000 from a Loreauville business.

The Iberia Parish Sheriff's Office says that 52-year-old Laura Flores , 27-year-old Kaitlyn Jolet, 36-year-old Audrey Viator and 29-year-old Celina Thibodeaux are accused of stealing $455,585 from a business over a period of six years.

The sheriff's office says that the thefts started in 2013 and were discovered by the business owner in August 2019.

The four women, who were former employees, were identified during an investigation.

Deputies say the women worked together to commit the thefts.

All four suspects allegedly admitted to their involvement and have been arrested and booked into the Iberia Parish Jail on a charge of theft over $500.
