An Erath man has died from his injuries sustained in a Thanksgiving day crash on US 90 in Iberia Parish.
Louisiana State Police say the single vehicle crash occurred at around 3:45 pm on Thursday, November 28, 2019, on US 90 near Ross Road in Iberia Parish. Troopers say that 23-year-old Kayleb Leblanc of Erath was driving westbound on US 90 when for unknown reasons, his vehicle ran off the roadway and overturned.
Troopers say that Leblanc was unrestrained at the time of the crash and was ejected. He was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
Leblanc died of his injuries on Friday, December 6, 2019.
