A New Chapter PUSH will be handing out free water and non-perishables to those affected by Hurricane Delta.
The free giveaway will take place Tuesday, October 13, beginning at 1:00 pm on the corner of Hopkins and Robertson Street in New Iberia.
Rev. Wilfred Johnson says that the giveaway is in partnership with the United Way of Acadiana.
Trucks will arrive around noontime with supplies which will be sorted and then distributed from 1:00 pm until all supplies are gone.
