Jeanerette City Court has announced some changes, a Facebook post states.
All court dates set for April have been postponed to May 20 and May 21. Letters will be sent to defendants and witnesses with information about when to appear.
If you have a ticket with a mandatory court appearance, the court is waiving that requirement and allowing you to pay the citation without appearing in court.
To do that, go here to pay online. Or, you can call 1-877-793-7141 or you can mail a money order to Jeanerette City Court, P.O. Box 268, Jeanerette, La., 70544.
