This week, a back to school drive will be held in New Iberia.
Councilwoman Sherry Guidry says that on Friday August 21, Love of Christ Ministries will be hosting a drive, giving out milk, masks, and school supplies.
The Back to School Milk and More Drive will happen on 2200 Louisiana Drive in New Iberia from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
"So, if were all coming together in the community in order to give back so the kids can be more successful in what they do, and they acquire what they needed, it'll be easier for them to do what they do during the school year," Pastor Harolyn Ledet with Greater Glory Christian Fellowship ministries said.
