Heat Advisory sticks around for one more day

It's more of the same this Tuesday when it comes to the forecast.

A heat index that will push 108 in the afternoon has caused the Heat Advisory to stick around for yet another day, and the thermometer should push up to the mid 90s yet again.

Mostly sunny skies will only be broken up by the typical towering clouds of the summer time, and as is usually the case this time of year a few isolated showers will be possible.

This hot pattern finally breaks on Wednesday, however, with a round of showers sparking through the day along a front (which sadly won't bring any cool or dry air).

Look out for some thunderstorms Wednesday as well and the wet weather should last into Thursday morning before we start to settle back down to normal.

The end of the week will be a pretty standard summer forecast.
