A great break in the typical summer weather continues on Thursday with another day of lower humidity and plenty of sunshine.
Dry air continues to filter in to Acadiana which has made to some stunning morning temperatures and has kept the typical Louisiana humidity out over the Gulf of Mexico.
Highs will be in the upper 80s Thursday afternoon with a nice breeze coming in from the northeast around 5-10 mph which will keep the atmosphere feeling fresh outside.
As with all good things this stretch of weather has to come to an end and humidity will start to creep back up overnight and through the day on Friday.
Isolated showers will start to bounce back on Friday afternoon down along the coast, with rain becoming a little more widespread through the course of the weekend.
