A front moved through Tuesday night and the fall out from that front will be the major driver of Wednesday's weather which looks to be another cloudy, chilly day.
Clearing is going to be slow going with many of the clouds struggling to clear and likely will stick around through the first half of the day, and some patchy sunshine by the afternoon is possible.
The high will crawl up to around 50, but the wind chill will sit in the 40s through the entire day, and lows heading down to around freezing by daybreak on Thursday.
Even if temperatures sit just above freezing it'll be a frosty start to the day so any tender vegetation that will suffer as a result of frost should be brought inside or covered.
There is some good news though and that is the skies should be clear for Thursday and Friday as we wrap up the work week, ahead of yet another front which will move through during the weekend.
