SUNSET, La. - Several grave sites at the Zion Travelers Baptist Church cemetery were found damaged Wednesday from a downed tree.
Sunset Mayor Charles James says about seven to eight graves were damaged when a tree fell during a storm. One or two are extensively damaged.
Minor damage from the storm was reported in the town over night. There were also some downed power lines, however, power was restored relatively quickly Wednesday morning, according to the Mayor.
