Two people were injured in a shooting in Ville Platte according to Police Chief Perry Thomas.
The shooting took place on Owen Street. Details are limited at this time but Chief Thomas tells KATC the two victims were air lifted and taken to a local hospital.
The condition of the two victims is unknown. We will updated this story once more details are provided.
