Students in Evangeline Parish will be heading back to school on August 24.
The decision was made at a school board meeting on Wednesday. Board President Wayne Dardeau confirmed the date with KATC and said that a new calendar would be updated for the school year.
Evangeline Today, reports that the end day for students will be June 3, 2021.
