A boil water advisory was issued Saturday, August 22 for some customers of the Te Mamou Water System in Evangeline Parish.
The water system says areas affected by the boil order include Chicot Park Road and all the roads and subdivisions along Chicot Park Road including the Ville Platte Country Club and all of its residents.
The boil advisory is in effect until further notice.
