MULTIPARISH RACES

In Delcambre, it looks like voters returned Mayor Pam Blakely and Police Chief James Broussard to office.

With all absentee and early votes counted, and half of election day precincts counted, Blakely had 66 percent, or 251 votes. Carol Broussard had 34 percent, or 132 votes.

Chief Broussard had 56 percent, or 214 votes, compared to challenger Ivan McIntyre's 44 percent, or 169 votes.

For the Board of Aldermen,

District 1 Alderman Garrett Frederick; District 3 Alderman Christopher "Tipper" Esponge; and District 5 Alderman Bryan Glatter all were re-elected without opposition.

The races in District 2 and District 4 are too close to call.
