State Police tell us that they're getting a lot of calls from people who are hearing that Interstate 10 is closed.
The interstate is not closed, troopers say.

The Troop D office in Lake Charles has received several phone calls about Interstate 10 at the LA / TX state line being closed. Interstate 10 at the LA / TX state line is NOT CLOSED. Please visit 511la.org or use the 511 app for roadway conditions.
