The Pointe Coupee Parish Sheriff's Office is searching for a work release inmate who left a job site Tuesday in New Roads
Deputies say a work release inmate left his job site at New Roads Motor Company in a vehicle he took from that business on Tuesday.
The inmate was identified as Matthew Gray. He left the area in a white 2019 Ford F-150. Investigation revealed that upon law enforcement being notified of the escape, Gray was already out of Pointe Coupee Parish.
