DOTD reports that all lanes are now open on I-10 West at Mile Marker 130 (Whiskey Bay) following a crash.
Congestion has reached LA 3000 (Ramah).
The roadway was closed for a short while following the incident. I-10 west was opened up on Wednesday following days of winter weather conditions which caused roads to be unsafe for drivers.
