Residents in Baton Rouge might soon see a famous face around town starting next week.
According to the Advocate, Oscar-winning actor Nicolas Cage is set to start filming a new movie downtown next week, a police thriller called "10 Double Zero."
Cage will play a detective "infamous for crossing the line when he has to."
"10 Double Zero" was written by Academy Award winner Nick Vallelonga. Cage's co-stars include Paul Sloan and Murielle Telio.
Parts of downtown Baton Rouge will be closed for filming from Tuesday, August 6 through Saturday, August 10.
