A Louisiana woman recently celebrated a very special birthday, according to KNOE.
Victoria Burg was born in Claiborne Parish on July 31, 1913.
Burg lives in the Forest Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Jonesboro. The nursing home said Burg was one of nine children.
She was a riveter during WWII, building ships. Riveters were women who worked in factories or shipyards to help with the war effort.
Burg said that her secret to living a long life was this: "I lived right. I go where the Lord leads me."
