Harrah's in New Orleans will soon undergo a $325 million transformation to re-brand as Caesars New Orleans.
Officials with Harrah's announced the news Tuesday on their social media pages, saying the casino will trade the iconic Harrah's star for a golden laurel in 2024.
The expansion will include a full interior and exterior redesign, an updated casino floor, new culinary experiences, and a 340-room hotel tower with views of the Mississippi River.
