Governor Edwards started his reelection campaign tour in Amite today.
The tour includes eight rallies statewide.
Gov. Edwards' 2019 legislative session included "the first teacher pay raise in a decade, the first new investment in higher education in a decade, and the largest single infrastructure investment in three decades."
Edwards' tour will begin in Amite, then will include New Orleans, Lafayette, Lake Charles, Alexandria, Shreveport, Monroe, and Baton Route.
