The Allen Parish Sheriff's Office says that the two escaped ICE detainees have been apprehended in Kinder.
Deputies say that 40-year-old Urdel Rodrigues-Marques of Cuba and 25-year-old Selvin Ponce-Maridiega of Honduras were captured a little after 10:00 am on Wednesday, August 28.
Officers with the Kinder Police Department received a tip from an individual who spotted the pair walking down 7th street in the city.
The two are now back in the the Allen Parish Jail.
According to KPLC, the two escaped from the immigration detention facility in Allen Parish Monday night by climbing over a razor wire fence. The men were discovered missing during a head count that night.
