UPDATE: DeRidder Police Department Deputy Chief Christopher Rudy said that Desiree Guerrero has been found safe.
Rudy said she was located at a residence in DeRidder. Family has been notified.
The DeRidder Police Department is asking for help in locating a missing woman last seen by her family on June 27.
Police say 41-year-old Desiree Marie Guerrero has not been seen or heard from by her family since June.
The family is concerned for her well-being.
The department shared a post on Facebook asking for help locating Guerrero on Tuesday. They report that Guerro was possibly seen by the courthouse in a gray Yukon last Monday. Officers are working several leads on her whereabouts and interviewing people she was stated to be with.
