Another member of Gov. John Bel Edwards’ team has tested positive for COVID-19, the Governor’s office disclosed this morning.

The office reported a positive case on Jan. 4, Nov. 12 and Oct. 9. In March, 33-year-old staff member April Dunn died of complications from COVID-19. Dunn served in the Governor's Office of Disability Affairs.

The person who most recently tested positive is at home in isolation, per guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and the Louisiana Department of Health. The person did not have close contact with the Governor, a release from his office states.
