The Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking for help from the public in locating a missing man.
Timothy Clay “Bucky” Tarver, Jr., 33, has brown hair and blue eyes. Timothy is six feet tall and weighs 160 pounds.
On April 5, 2019, Tarver was reported missing from the Center Point / Kolin community. He was last seen on Saturday, March 30, 2019, at noon.
