OPELOUSAS, La. - St. Landry Parish students will have an opportunity to receive 10 meals per week through a partnership between Three O'Clock Project and the St. Landry Parish School System.

Lunch and breakfast for an entire week will be handed out on Mondays at the St. Landry Parish School Board Office at 1013 East Creswell Lane in Opelousas. Meals can be picked up Monday, April 6, 2020, between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. It will not be necessary for the student to be present in the car, but the parent/guardian picking the food up will need to provide the student's name and school.

The school system in a press release expressed how thankful they are for Three O'Clock Project.

SPPS is waiting for approval on feeding programs that will provide meal delivery. Sign up by 11 am on Friday, April 2, 2020 by clicking here to get on the delivery list while they wait for approval.

Volunteers and staff members provided nearly 30,000 meals to students from March 16, 2020, to March 31, 2020.
