NEW YORK — Tonight's New Orleans Pelicans game against the Dallas Mavericks has been postponed because of coronavirus issues.

According to the National Basketball Association, that game and the match between the Boston Celtics and the Chicago Bulls will not be played tonight "in accordance with the league's Health and Safety Protocols." The NBA added that its officials and the National Basketball Players Association will meet today to discuss modifying that protocol plan.

ESPN reports thetwse postponements are the third and fourth of the NBA season and will give the association three straight days of postponed games.
