LPSS to feed students starting Tuesday; changes made to the list

The Lafayette Parish School System will provide meals for students starting Tuesday.

LPSS made a couple changes on Monday to the list of schools where food will be prepared and distributed. The L. Leo Judice Elementary School location has been relocated to Scott Middle School. In addion, Duson Elementary has been added to the list of school feeding sites.

A grab and go breakfast and lunch pick-up for students will be available while schools are closed due to the COVID 19 outbreak. Pick-up will be available starting Tuesday March 17 and be available Monday thru Friday from 9:30 am - 1:00 pm at the schools listed:

Broussard Middle School, 1325 South Morgan Avenue, Broussard

Carencro Middle School 4301 North University Avenue, Carencro

Charles Burke Elementary School, 2845 Ridge Road, Duson

Corporal Michael Middlebrook Elementary School, 1801Kaliste Saloom Road, Lafayette

Duson Elementary, 301 4th Street, Duson

Edgar Martin Middle School, 401 Broadmoor Blvd., Lafayette

J.W. Faulk Elementary School, 711 East Willow Street, Lafayette

Lafayette Middle School, 1301 West University Avenue, Lafayette

Live Oak Elementary School, 3020 North University Avenue, Lafayette

Milton Elementary & Middle School, 222 West Milton Avenue, Milton

Paul Breaux Middle School, 1400 S. Orange St., Lafayette

Scott Middle School, 116 Marie Street, Scott

S.J. Montgomery Elementary School, 600 Foreman Drive, Lafayette

Youngsville Middle School, 600 Church Street, Youngsville

The student must be present to receive a meal, no exceptions will be made. You will not be allowed in the building to pick up meals they will be brought out to the car or student.
