The Louisiana Department of Health is collaborating with parish governments in Region 4 and the federal government to offer COVID-19 drive-thru testing. Below is a list of testing dates and sites through July 19.
No ID is needed, but registration is required. Pre-registration can be completed at www.doineedacovidtest.com. Testing is available to any Louisiana resident at least five years of age. The sites will use a self-administered nasal swab.
Results are expected to take 3-5 days and will be emailed and posted online at the above website. Those who test positive will also be contacted by phone. There is no phone number for people to call to get their results.
