After consulting with the Planning & Development Department, Lafayette City Council Member Liz Hebert advises citizens that the Appeal of City Planning Commission Action by developer - Raoul Arnould Property, Lots 1-A, 1-B and the Extension of Curran Lane is being deferred and will not be considered during the Lafayette City Council meeting scheduled for Tuesday, March 17, 2020.
This deferral will be in place until the next Lafayette City Council meeting when the appropriate authorities agree and declare that it is safe for crowds to assemble.
Hebert would like to ensure that the opportunity for public comment on this appeal is not diminished due to restrictions put in place on public assemblies.
