Chili's Restaurant have announced several new programs that it is offering both to its workers and its customers in light of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).

According to a release from the restaurant chain, Chili's has a task force in place making all decisions from the lens of what’s best for its Team Members and Guests.

The first program is an Emergency Relief Fund for Team Members. The program will address hours reduced in restaurants by offering relief pay to hourly Team Members at Chili’s Grill & Bar and Maggiano’s Little Italy to help with income lost and to offset this new reality over the next two weeks.

The second program is COVID-19 Emergency Sick Pay for any Team Member that is diagnosed with COVID-19 by a medical professional. Chili's has said that it will support them with emergency paid leave as they focus on recovery.

The third program is Free Delivery for all Chili’s Guests. The restaurant is waiving delivery fees starting Friday until further notice for orders with a $15 minimum to help serve Guests as they stay safely home. Guests can order their Chili’s faves through to-go, curbside and delivery through the Chili’s app or online at www.chilis.com. Guests can also request contactless delivery by leaving a comment in the “Delivery Instructions” box when placing an order.
