After a really pretty day on Tuesday, that felt more like April than early February, the weather will be taking a turn with clouds, showers, and eventually real cold temperatures heading our way.

A warm front will be moving through Wednesday and while doing so it will drag in a very warm, muggy air mass which will make it a fairly misty day with low lying clouds through the afternoon.

Scattered showers will be possible through the morning and early afternoon as the front moves north and temperatures will remain on the warm side pushing into the mid 70s by the afternoon.

The cold front then immediately starts to pass through early Thursday and a slow passage means showers will linger through the day and continue even into Friday.

Cold air will filter in Thursday night so a chilly, wet wrap up to the week will lead us into a what is looking increasingly like a very cold weekend.
