After several days with winds steadily coming in from the south we're beginning to feel the effects of this continued increase of Gulf moisture.
The moisture has manifested in some fog early Tuesday morning and some showers which have been drifting across the area.
These scattered showers will continue through the afternoon and the evening so keep an eye on the radar through the day on Tuesday.
Temperatures will sit in the 80s during the afternoon with winds from the south around 5-10 mph, and may feel a little warmer in some of the patches of sunshine.
Louisiana's daily weather is settling into a pretty stagnant pattern, with clouds moving in during the evening and breaking up in the afternoon.
Look for an increase in rain chances toward the end of the week and the weekend, especially Friday night and Saturday morning.
