It's a quiet forecast for the week here in Acadiana with plenty of sunshine on tap for the next couple of days.
The clear skies will last through a majority of the work week, and after a chilly start temperatures will slowly warm up as we go through the week.
Temperatures on Monday will push up to around 59 Monday afternoon, and lows will drop as low as the upper 30s by early Tuesday morning.
Highs will trend up the next few days and they'll be reaching into the mid and upper 60s by the end of the work week and the start of the weekend.
Our next front is expected to move through at the end of the work week with showers arriving late Friday into Saturday, timing is still a little up in the air so we'll work through those details over the next few weeks.
