Police in Lake Charles are seeking the identity of the man they say robbed a bank on Friday.
Lake Charles police say that on February 28, 2020, at around 3:29 p.m. they responded to a robbery that occurred at the Jeff Davis Bank on Gerstner Memorial Drive.
The suspect, according to police, allegedly walked into the bank and produced a note to the teller demanding money. The teller believed the suspect had a weapon and gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of money.
Once the suspect got the money he then fled on foot.
Police are requesting assistance with identifying the person seen on surveillance.
