One person is dead following an overnight stabbing incident in Lake Charles.
Police say they responded to the 2800 block of General Doolitle in reference to two people fighting with knives on November 19.
According to police, when officers arrived they found the two had both been stabbed during the fight and that one had died as a result of injuries.
The incident is being investigated as a homicide.
An investigation is ongoing.
