Lake Charles Police are investigating a fatal shooting that happened Wednesday.
Officers were called to the 3400 block of Greinwich Boulevard at about 10:30 p.m. to investigate a shooting.
When the officers arrived, they found the body of a man who appeared to have been shot. Based on the information they have now, police are investigating the death as a homicide, police said.
The victim has been identified as 34-year-old Jeromy Bilbo. The investigation is ongoing.
