ERATH – The Helping Hands Learning Center and fellow supporters are honoring children and teenagers affected by cancer with a balloon release.
Among the honorees was Braxton Broussard, a senior at Erath High School, who has a rare syndrome known as WAGR.
Those affected with the syndrome develop a tumor in their kidneys, eye discoloration and mental disabilities.
