Police say a Morgan City man was arrested after allegedly removing money from his own debit card and calling police.
34-year-old Theodore Francis filed a report with Morgan City Police Department alleging someone had fraudulently removed money of his debit card.
Officers say they discovered through surveillance footage the transactions were conducted by the complainant, Theodore Francis.
He was arrested Thursday and transported to Morgan City Police Department.
