Franklin Jr. High School is scheduled to remain closed through the end of the week for bat removal, according to the school’s website.
Administrators say that the continued closure is necessary to allow for the complete removal of bats from the school’s campus.
The school will reopen to students and staff on Monday, February 25th. School administrators say that a schedule will be created to recover instructional time lost due to the closure. That schedule will be sent out to parents, students, and staff.
