Franklin Police search for suspect in stabbings, considered armed and dangerous

The Franklin Police Department is asking for assistance in locating a suspected wanted in connection to a stabbing in the city.

Police say they are searching for Darrell Harris A.K.A. “Chris Lemon.” Harris is wanted for two counts of attempted second-degree murder.

On November 3, 2018, at around 1:24 AM, officers responded to a complaint of a fight with weapons in the area of Carl C. Foulcard Drive in Franklin.

Police say that several victims arrived at a local hospital with stab wounds because of the alleged fight. No other details have been released on the incident.

KATC spoke with the wife of one of the injured victims. She says that her husband was attempting to stop the fight between Harris and another man when he was stabbed. Her husband is in stable condition but will remain in the hospital.

KATC has also learned that the second victim was stabbed multiple times but was later released from the hospital.

Through an investigation, Franklin Police say Harris was developed as a suspect.

The incident is still under investigation.

Harris/Lemon is considered to be armed and dangerous.
