Police have blocked US 90 West in Morgan City between Myrtle and Cottonwood while a diesel spill is cleaned up.
A truck leaked some diesel on the road, a spokeswoman said. The road is blocked now, so that crews can clean up the spill, she said.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area, she said.
