An event celebrating the lives of family members lost and raising money for those who survived is underway at Franklin Senior High School.
The event, Sinitieres Surviving the Fight, continues until 6 p.m.
The family is recovering after an accused drunk driver crashed into their minivan in August, killing Abbie Sinitiere, her unborn child, and one-year-old son, Maxxon. Her stepdaughters, Jaiden, 11 and Marlee, 9, as well as her other son, Bentley, 3, were also injured in the crash.
All the injured children have now been released from the hospital; Marlee was just released 11 days ago.
She’s having a good time in the fun jump today.
The event includes food, live music, a silent auction and a raffle.
