A 23-year-old woman died Wednesday night after a bicycle crash in Franklin.
Franklin Police say Zaria Welcome died in the crash, that happened on the eastbound US 90 Frontage Road. Police say a vehicle struck her bike near La. 3211, at about 9:20 p.m.
Police are still investigating the circumstances of the accident, police say.
