AgCenter hosts crawfish peeling workshop

Yeah, you heard that right.

The LSU AgCenter hosted a workshop today in Breaux Bridge on the best practices for peeling and packaging crawfish tail meat.

The event offered recommendations to help processors get the most money out of their tail meat.
