A St. Martinville police officer is facing a DWI charge while driving in his police car.
New Iberia Police say 29-year-old Cody Mallet was observed driving erratically Thursday night, was pulled over, and subsequently arrested.
St. Martinville’s Police chief says Mallet resigned following the arrest.
