CECILIA – The men of the Knights of Peter Claver are taking a stand against domestic violence.
The group held a rally today at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church following afternoon Mass.
Their goal is to spread awareness and support survivors of domestic violence
“From our church, from our pastor, we definitely want to bring issues that are affecting our community to the forefront, and we, as Knights of Peter Claver Council, want to see what we can do as a group to bring these items to the forefront,” said Ricky Sassau, national treasurer for the Knights of Peter Claver.
