UPDATE: Opelousas Police Chief Martin McLendon has released more information on the weekend shooting on Congress Street.
McLendon says that a victim was shot in the leg and wrist during the incident. That person has been released from the hospital.
No suspects have been identified at this time and investigators are still questioning witnesses. The chief says that the shooting may have stemmed from a fight that happened earlier on Sunday.
Investigators have obtained video of the fight and are working to identify those in the video who may have been involved.
