St. Landry Crime Stoppers is asking for help in locating a vehicle stolen from a Dollar General parking lot in Cankton.
Crime Stoppers says the White 1997 Chevrolet Cheyenne 2500 was reported stolen from the parking lot at around 6:00 pm on Thursday, January 17.
The vehicle has a black headache rack covering the back glass and a large dent in the cab on the driver’s side. The truck also has Fast Trac Transportation stickers with DOT numbers on the extended cab side windows and a pink Chevrolet emblem on the front grill.
Anyone with information regarding the theft is asked to call St. Landry Crime Stoppers at 948-8477. A possible reward of $1,000 dollars is available for information that leads to an arrest.
